• Student eligibility may be verified by Maplesoft. Customers not in compliance will be responsible for the full commercial price of the product.

Some student products give you a choice of license types:

Annual License:

• Annual subscription, license does not expire.


• An annual renewal fee is charged automatically on the anniversary of the subscription start date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your Maple or Maple Flow license will expire at the end of your current 12 month term. See the full subscription terms and conditions for details.


• As long as you have a subscription, you will automatically receive product updates and new versions when they are released.

• One-time purchase, product license does not expire.


• Your purchase includes 1 year membership in the Elite Maintenance Program (EMP). The Elite Maintenance Plan is an annual subscription that keeps you up to date with the most recent version of your Maplesoft product. If a new version is released while you are under EMP, you will receive it automatically, for no additional charge.


• An annual EMP renewal fee is charged automatically starting on the anniversary of the date of purchase. You may cancel your EMP subscription at any time. If you cancel, your EMP subscription will expire at the end of its current one year term. After your EMP membership expires, your product will keep working, but you will not receive new releases as they become available. See the full subscription terms and conditions for details.

• Annual subscription, paid automatically once per year.


• Provides the latest versions of your Maplesoft product at no extra cost during the active subscription period.

All Maplesoft subscriptions purchased online, including product and EMP subscriptions, are set to automatically renew. If at any time you would like to cancel your subscription, contact Maplesoft Customer Service.
